Project Description

12 AC brownfield site located adjacent to the University of Tennessee campus. The project included the construction of a new 210,000 SF retail building anchored by Walmart and Publix with an elevated parking structure on the ground level. The project utilized over 300 caissons to elevate the site to mitigate the environmental issues onsite.
